FAQ's

This may be because Javascript is not enabled in your Internet Explorer browser. If you still have problems after you complete the steps below, we suggest you download Google Chrome and use this browser to access your course.

  1. In the Tools drop-down menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Select the Security tab.
  3. Select the Internet (Earth) icon.
  4. Select the Custom Level button.
  5. Locate Scripting near the bottom of the list.
  6. Under Active Scripting, select Enable, then click OK (you will need to click on Enable even if this option is already selected).
  7. Click Yes in the confirmationwindow that appears.
  8. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
  9. Finally, press F5 to refresh your browser window to enjoy the course content.

 

After you have successfully purchased your online course, you will receive an email from One College with your username and password, plus instructions on how to log into the course.

To access your course directly go to the Studen Login Page at lms.onecollege.edu.au and enter your username and password.

You can also access the Studen Login Page from the main site onecollege.edu.au by clicking on the Student Login link in the top right hand corner of the main navigation bar.

  2. Go directly to the Studen Login Page at lms.onecollege.edu.au

If you haven't received the email to activate your One College account, please check that the email is getting trapped by an over-aggressive spam filter - check your junk or spam folder to see if the activation email landed there. If you're still having trouble please Contact One College.

 

Once you have logged in (See ) you will see a list courses available to you.

Click the course you wish to start.

On the next screen you will see a list of Modules for your course.

Select the Module you wish to work on.

On the next screen you'll see Instructions for Students with specific information you will require to successfully complete the Module.

Click the Enter at the bottom of the page to open the Module Content screen.

If this screen does not appear see ‘THE COURSE CONTENT WILL NOT LOAD ON MY COMPUTER (INTERNET EXPLORER)’ link above.

 

The titles of each slide for the module are located on the left or right hand side menu.

You can navigate through the slides by using the ‘< PREV’ and ‘NEXT >’ buttons located at the bottom right of module screen.

Some slides have navigation and interaction within them. For example this tabbed slide below:

 

Each of these boxes on the right side of this slide (such as the one circled in red above) are sub menus for this slide.

You will need to click on each of these tabs to reveal the information associated with them. 

 

Take your time to click through the Module Content, ensuring you have looked at all the information on each slide and have completed all the automatically graded questions in the information resource.

Upon completion of the Module Content you will be able to complete the Module Assessments, which can be located back at the courses menu screen as below.

Before you access the Short Answer and Case Study Questions and Portfolio Work Questions, you will see the Information for Students page, which provides you with specific information on how to complete the assessment questions and upload work to your portfolio. Make sure you read all instructions carefully.

 

After you enter the assessment page, you will be see the below screen. You can navigate through the assessment questions by clicking Next or by selecting the question number in the Quiz Navigation Panel.

After you have completed each question to your best ability, you need to click Finish Attempt. Upon clicking the Finish Attempt button, you will be required to read the Student Declaration clause. To complete your submission you must check an I Agree box and date your declaration. Please make sure you read this declaration carefully before agreeing. You will be required to agree to the Student Declaration upon completion of all assessment questions and portfolio work.
